Seascape s 2000 dedicated beach was selected by Conde Nast magazine as the best beach in Florida, with wide expanses of powder white sand, great beach amenities, and with the only structure allowed on the beachfront being the Whale s Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, a local icon.
Condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Must be 25 or older to rent this condo. Note that during the summer season (Memorial Day weekend to mid-August) the unit is ONLY available for weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday. Call Steve at 205.222.5757 for available discounts. Monthly rentals available beginning September 1 through April.
