Water-s Edge condominiums are located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This gulf front property is perched high above the emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the white sandy beach and listen to the waves roll in and watch the watercolor sunsets in the evenings. Take a dip in one of the two beach front swimming pools. Located close to all local restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions- Water-s Edge is the ideal vacation spot for the whole family!
Water-s Edge 102 is perfect for beachgoers with children. This ground floor unit is a short thirty second walk around the corner to the pools and beach. Easy access from the parking garage. No balconies to worry about. Sit on the back porch and watch the kids play in the grass.
This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, breakfast bar, and dining area. A full-size washer and dryer. Ten-foot ceilings with glass sliders leading out to a private patio with grassy lawn. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests and a 65- smart flat screen TV. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a large walk-in closet, a flat screen TV, a private bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower, a separate dressing area, and glass sliders leading to the patio. A second bedroom with a queen size bed and a 19- TV/DVD player. A third bedroom with twin size bunk beds and a 19- TV/DVD player (This area is decorated with a nautical theme for children). A second full size bathroom in the hallway.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this time frame you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.
