Accompanied by the kitchen, are a full-size washer and dryer located in the laundry closet for daily use after each exciting adventure. Continuing through the condo you are presented by the living area with a cozy feel that is filled with a sofa, loveseat, multiple accent chairs for your guests to come together for relaxation or to enjoy entertainment from the HDTV. Also, from the living room area you are greeted by a entrance to the coastline view from the private balcony!
