This beautiful three bedroom, three full bath villa is a must see! you will love the designer furnishings and decor, as well as the luxurious appointments throughout such as granite countertops, tumbled marble baths, and travertine floors. This is a first floor unit, you can walk right out onto the lanai overlooking the Baytowne golf course. Please note that you do have to walk down a set of steps to enter the unit. The master suite has French doors that lead to the lanai, as well as an over sized master bath with double vanities and a separate shower. Pine Ridge is perfectly located on the south side (beach side) of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Guests are in a lovely neighborhood that feels secluded and yet you are minutes away from the beach and all that the resort has to offer on the bay side at the Village at Baytowne Wharf.

There is a sleeper sofa that is queen size that can sleep 2 which brings this villa to accommodate 9 easily. The living area has a very large flat screen for everyone to enjoy a classic movie or sporting event. The Master and Twin bedrooms have brand new flat screens as well. The master bath has a separate glass shower and Jacuzzi tub with double his and hers vanities. The 2nd full bath has a large glass shower while the 3rd bath has a shower and tub combo.
