Welcome! We're glad you're here! We are long-time residents of the land-locked state of Colorado and enjoy coming to the beauty of the Emerald Coast whenever we can. We have loved this area since first visiting years ago as college students. Our place here is our escape and we hope it'll be yours, too. We know you'll find all the conveniences of home and wish you a wonderful stay as you enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches and clear, blue water.
What we love about it: Seascape is a gated 300+ acre resort with golf, tennis, pickle ball, basket ball, a playground, plenty of open space to take walks, ride bikes and relax. Unlike many other locations, there's room to spread out without high-rises, long waits for an elevator and traffic noise. It's the best of all possible worlds--our condo is close enough to hear the waves, but is peacefully surrounded by huge oak and magnolia trees. There's lots of sun when you want it but there's the quiet shade of the trees, too. We love eating breakfast on the peaceful deck in the morning. When you're ready for the beach, it's a short 10-minute walk. The "Whale's Tail" is located right on the beach and is part of Seascape resort. It's a good place for snacks and drinks. Bathrooms are located there as well.
Some details about how we manage our unit: All owners must be verified by ECBYO before we are allowed to list our property on this site, so you can feel confident about booking with us. We have property managers (Peter and Chris at 3D) that take care of any emergencies, questions ot concerns you might have before or during your visit. We want you to come back and it's important to us that you have a great experience while you're here. They actually live at the resort and are only a few minutes away if you need them. They will send you a rental agreement and take your deposit and final payment. There is no charge to you for this service--it's simply for our peace of mind since we live so far away and can't be there to manage things personally. The cleaning fee and 12% tax are mandatory fees and all rental property owners in Florida and Walton County are required to collect them. Please feel free to ask any questions about the rental rates, mandatory fees, etc. We want you to feel confident in your rental experience and hope you check our our great reviews. About the condo:
•Beds for up to 8 with TV's in each bedroom,
Primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and double sink vanity.
Secondary bedroom with queen bed, roll-out single bed in closet and bathroom with tub/shower across the hall.
3rd bedroom/loft is upstairs and has twin bed with twin trundle, and 1 roll-out single bed, so 3 single beds total upstairs.
There are also 2 chairs upstairs that unfold to 6ft x 2 1/2 ft. that are not included in the bed count.
•All new mattresses, bedding, paint, furniture, floors, bathrooms, TV's, linens, pillows.
•Washer and dryer in unit
•Six pools (2 heated) to choose from and closest pool is across lawn behind our unit. (No access to private high-rise pools)
•Golf, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, playground, bike rentals, laser tag and restaurants located on resort property
•Parking directly in front of unit
•Gated security at both entrances
•Free additional parking on resort property across from the beach for resort guests if you'd rather drive instead of walk. Parking pass must be visible to avoid ticketing.
•Parking pass and wristbands for the pool are provided.
•Well equipped kitchen
•Upscale pots, pans, utensils, everything
•400+ TC linens
•Thick oversized bath towels
•Trash pick up on Tues and Sat.
•Pack n Play, rollaway beds and cushioned floor mats for flexible sleeping arrangements
•Fire extinguisher provided under kitchen sink
Rules for the space:

2. For your convenience, we are happy to provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials: 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of bath tissue, dish soap
sponge, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. You must provide any additional items you may need during your stay.
3. Individual/s listed on rental agreement must be present for duration of rental. We do not rent to vacationing students or anyone under the age of 25.
4. Pet friendly with prior approval. Please do not allow pets to sit on the furniture or sleep in the beds.

• LEAVE ALL POOL WRISTBANDS ON KITCHEN COUNTER (There is a $10 charge per wristband to replace)
• take your trash to the trash bin.
• drop all the sheets and towels by the front door.
