Welcome to There's No Place Like Mahomes at Sandestin! This is the perfect home for a family that loves to get away but with plenty to do at the same time. Our home is conveniently located on the 5th Tee Box of the Baytowne Golf Course and offers wonderful views. Quiet, serene and well appointed, your entire family will fall in love. Explore Baytowne and enjoy fireworks on the green, lay around on the sugar white sands of our beaches to catch the perfect tan or splash in the Tivoli pool with your loved ones. This home also features a complimentary 6 seat golf cart for your convenience.
Main living area: Come on in and enjoy the space we have created for you! The main living area is an open space perfect for socializing. Gather around our large Smart TV and enjoy the big game. We are Football fans, how about you? There is plenty of seating for all at the dining table with 6 seats at the dinner table and 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked with all you would need to create and enjoy a wonderful meal and you will find our enclosed balcony a great space to enjoy meals, entertainment and of course your morning coffee.
Rest: The master suite features a king bed, a seating area, a large closet, a TV and a private bathroom with a large walk in shower and his and her vanities. The first guest bedroom is similarly appointed as the master suite. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, a large closet and shares the hall bathroom. Going up the stairs you will find the bunk room with a twin over full bunk which is the perfect space for little ones to play and rest.
Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including championship golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BOOKING, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
