Remodeled in 2021 and refreshed in 2022, this 2BR, 2BA condo located at The Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort includes all the necessities for a relaxing beach or tennis getaway. This spacious, modern condo offers a master suite with a king-size bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom also houses a king-size bed and a private bath. Both bedrooms have flat screen, smart televisions. The full kitchen includes a breakfast bar with six counter stools and opens up to the dining and living areas with views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is plenty of seating at the dining table and in the living area for everyone. The dining table seats six adults comfortably and the large sectional sofa opens to a queen-size bed for extra accommodations. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. You may also enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails on the sizable, private balcony overlooking the resort which has views of the gulf.
Guests have exclusive access to a private, heated pool and a hot tub at The Summit. Both are only steps away from the condo, or you may use the heated beachfront pool and hot tub available for all guests of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort. Additionally, for those who enjoy grilling, there are two grills available poolside at The Summit. The beach is just a short 200-yard walk. Two beach chairs and a large beach umbrella is provided for guests. However, the resort also offers beach service for an additional fee.
Tops'l is a quiet, family resort with 600-feet of private beachfront and is located directly next to a nature preserve that provides four miles of protected beach for peaceful, long walks. Kayak or paddleboard to Seahorse Reef which is located just off the coast of Topsail State Preserve (https://swarareefs.org/reefs). Free shuttle service is available throughout and to nearby Baytowne Wharf. The Summit is located only minutes away from The Silver Sands Outlet Mall, The Shops at Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf, world class fishing, golfing and countless other attractions.
The resort also offers onsite fine and casual dining with tennis or beach views and refreshments at the beachside Tiki Bar.
OPTIONAL: The Tops'l Tennis Club and Fitness Center amenities are available to guests for an additional $45 per day (3 day minimum). This fee gives all guests of the condo rights to enjoy the use of the 14 tennis courts, a racquetball court, a state of the art fitness center, exercise and yoga classes, an indoor pool, sauna and steam room and mini golf. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you want to use these additional amenities and arrangements will be made with the club staff prior to your arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are only interested in enjoying the beach, swimming pools and hot tubs, you do NOT need to purchase the club membership. Your reservation already includes access to the 600-feet of private beach, The Summit and beachfront pools and hot tubs.
The resort does NOT allow renters under the age of twenty-five. Additionally, college groups are NOT allowed. The resort is a secure gated community where a guest list is required and ID's must be presented upon entering. Adults may not check-in anyone under the age of twenty-five and then leave the premises. A refundable damage deposit is required.
