Edgewater is a unique landmark architectural complex conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive near the Outlet Mall and is close to tons of shopping, grocery, restaurants, and other amenities that Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer.
This Gulf Front complex has incredible pools, ONE HEATED DURING WINTER, playground, business center, free wi fi, exercise room, amazing landscaping and is directly on the beach with approximately 420 ft of private beach.
We provide complimentary beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) on the beach during the season; from March 1 until October 31. The great Tiki Hut Bar and Grill is open April 1 through NOV.
Our beautiful 1 Bedroom beach front condo is located on the 5th floor and has been decorated with relaxation in mind. Soft tranquil colors and comfortable casual furniture make this the perfect beach retreat. It has an amazing view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit 508 has an open concept living/dining area and a beautiful kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The living room includes a large flat screen TV. The dining table seats 6 and the comfy couch pulls out to a queen size bed. 508 sleeps 4 comfortably! The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and incredible Gulf views. The Master bath has a shower/tub combo and dual sinks.
Floor to ceiling glass doors lead to the large balcony with stunning views of the Gulf, sparkling pools and courtyard! Have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee while you relax on the lounge chairs or enjoy your meals on the patio table and chairs.
The location is right where you want to be in the Destin/Miramar Beach area! You could walk to the Outlet Mall, explore numerous, fantastic restaurants, rent bikes, paddle boats or just spend your days relaxing on the beach and watch the dolphins play. Nearby is the Water Park, golfing, fishing at the Harbor Docks, Destin Commons, all kinds of shopping, restaurants for every "taste" in Destin, Miramar and SanDestin.
The Edgewater is gated and has night security and two parking garages.
